Class includes total fitness program involving strength, flexibility, muscle toning, and aerobic exercise. Senior Fitness is designed to allow seniors flexibility in scheduling a fitness program. This is a community education course; it is non-credit bearing and does not apply toward degrees and certificates. This course is for senior community members only; you must be at least 60 years old to register for this course. This course provides access to the two Fitness Center floors only. Those who enroll in this course will not have access to the courts or other features like Les Mills virtual. New users must complete an orientation; call 509-542-4418 to schedule. There is a $35 per quarter non-refundable fee.
