HSCI 403: Health Systems & Healthcare Delivery

This course explores the various organizations and patient care settings in which health services are delivered and analyzes related purposes, general function, delivery methods, and legal/ethical issues. Course Outcomes: 1. Explain the evolution of the healthcare systems in the United States. ILOs 3 & 6; PLO 1 2. Describe the historical development of healthcare reimbursement in the United States.
